National Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) (Level 5)
National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) (Level 5)
Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) Massey University
A Schedule 3 qualification* as prescribed in the Real Estate Agents (Licensing) Regulations 2009 within timeframes stated (please refer to the last page of this document for a complete list)

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a member or fellow with chartered designation in general practice, commercial property, residential property, or valuation.

3 years’ experience out of the last 5 years as a residential property manager on a full or part time basis in the real estate sector, relevant to the unit standards being assessed.
